On May 14, 2021 we presented the report “How to measure and analyse shrinkages“. The study, conducted by Crime&tech, with the support of Checkpoint Systems, identified some good practices that emerged from the analysis of national and international experiences within the retail sector, in order to define guidelines capable of supporting the detection and analysis shrinkage.
In this way, the report acts as a response to the need of common good practices to obtain comparable data and develop shared strategies, suitable to support the process of improving business efficiency by reducing losses.
